Leadership isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about asking the right questions—and trusting the space between them.

LUCAS KANE

Leadership, to me, has never been about authority. It’s about responsibility—about how you carry yourself, how you care for others, and how you choose to lead from wherever you are. That belief has shaped every chapter of my career.

In every role— from managing high-pressure operations to leading cross-functional teams—I focused on what most leaders overlook: what’s happening underneath the results.

The friction. The fatigue. The misalignment. And the breakthroughs—those moments when someone feels seen or realigns with what truly matters.
Some call that soft. It’s not. It’s the lever that moves performance.
Why? Because when people feel supported, performance follows.

Simon Sinek says, ā€œLeadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge.ā€ I’ve believed that long before I had language for it.

I didn’t pursue coaching to become an expert in someone else’s life. I pursued it to become more honest in my own—and to support others in doing the same.

This work is grounded in a simple belief: that sustainable leadership starts with self-leadership. That presence is a performance strategy. Real impact doesn’t come from what you do—it comes from how you show up, how you take care of others, and how fully you lead in alignment with who you are.

That’s the path that brought me here.
Maybe it brought you here, too.

MY APPROACH

At InnerCompass, I practice non-directive executive coaching—an approach that helps you access your own insight, instead of relying on outside answers. Together, we explore your challenges, aspirations, and blind spots through intentional dialogue, guided by your values and priorities—not mine.

I also use tools like Wylie’s EverythingDiSC and The Five Behaviors Assessment to help you see yourself more clearly and lead more intentionally. Whether you're leading a company or leading your own life, our work together helps you realign with your true north—your inner compass.

Coaching with me is not about fixing you.

It’s about walking with you, asking the right questions and helping you move forward with purpose and clarity.

When properly attuned, one's inner compass can:

Guide Decision Making

By sensing what feels genuinely aligned versus what creates internal discord, helping distinguish between choices that may look good on paper but don't resonate deeply.

Maintain Direction

Keeping someone oriented toward their true north of personal values and purpose, even when external pressures or others' expectations pull in different directions.

Signal Course Corrections

Creating feelings of discomfort or unease when someone has strayed from their authentic path, much like a compass needle quivering when it's near magnetic interference.

I’m here to help you hear it

and act on it.

Ready to reconnect with your direction?
